Um, okay. Well…
There were some funny moments. Paulette Goddard was good. And that’s about it
This is a nearly but not quite silent movie. Mostly silent, but there are a few spoken scenes and a song.
This considered a classic; one of the first films archived by the Smithsonian. Considered an inciteful commentary on our increasingly mechanized world, etc. As relevant in the twenty first century as when it was released.
I don’t get it. I’m missing something. All I can say is if you want to, watch it yourself and make up your own mind.
Here ends a very short ‘review’. Because I just don’t know what to say.
